Senior Electric Powertrain System Engineer

About the Role:
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Electric Powertrain Senior System Engineer located in New Cairo. The Electric Powertrain Senior System Engineer will be responsible for systems engineering, system administration, technical support, and systems design. Day-to-day tasks will include designing and integrating electric powertrain systems, providing technical support, and administering system configurations and updates. The engineer will collaborate with various teams to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our electric powertrain solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, analyze, and review detailed system requirements and architectures.
- Develop and calibrate vehicle dynamics control and energy management strategies.
- Simulate electromagnetic behavior of electric motors and power inverters.
- Produce technical documentation, data sheets, and process guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (HW/SW/MD architects) and communicate effectively with customers.
- Utilize requirement management tools to support system development and validation.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc or M.Sc. in Power Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Aerospace, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of control systems and power electronics.
- Proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, TargetLink, AUTOSAR, and Stateflow.
- Skilled in programming for numerical computing (object-oriented and functional).
- Solid knowledge of system engineering principles (requirements, design, verification).
- Familiarity with Automotive SPICE is a plus.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in electric powertrain or automotive systems engineering.

Internship Electric Powertrain System Engineer

About the Role:
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Electric Powertrain Intern System Engineer located in New Cairo. The Electric Powertrain Intern System Engineer will be responsible for systems engineering, The engineer will collaborate with various teams to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our electric powertrain solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Inverter, On-Board Charger and ePowertrain Simulation model.
- Present the simulation results and Simulation Models.
- Communicate professionally and autonomously with the team members.
- Documentation of results and technical discussions.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or last year student in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Good programming skills in the context of numerical computing, including object oriented and functional programming paradigms.
- A good command of the English language is a must.
- Skilled in MATLAB/Simulink.
- Good knowledge of power electronics and Electric Drive.
- Excellent grasp of engineering fundamentals.
- No professional experience only last year in B.Sc or 0-1 years of experience.
